In Stock Items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Made to Order Items will ship with 10 business days of ordering, unless otherwise noted. If you feel that you have made a mistake on your Made To Order Item, please e-mail us within 24 hours of ordering. As a rule, we can not cancel or refund Made to Order items after this 24 hour period. If you live in an apartment, or a busy neighborhood, we recommend making a note in your order for us to add signature confirmation. We will add this option to your order as a courtesy. We are not responsible for packages if they go missing after verified delivery. 

Items are usually sent through USPS, unless they are larger and heavier, in which case they may be sent through another carrier. Our shipping is calculated on weight and package dimensions. If you think the estimated shipping cost seems inaccurate, contact us. If you need an item by a certain date, please notify us at checkout. 

We use recycled packaging as much as possible! That means your box might have another company's branding. Boxes may be wrapped in recycled butcher paper for shipping as a result of using recycled boxes and packaging. If you need something gift wrapped, please make a note of it in check out. If your box has packing peanuts in it, we apologize ahead of time. We hate that shit too. But if we use it, it's because some other company sent us these peanuts, and now it is our duty to get as much use out of them before they end up in a landfill. Please do the same. 


All items are final sale, and we do not accept returns unless the item has been damaged during shipping. We represent each artist's work as honestly as possible. Items are handcrafted, not manufactured. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

We must receive photographic evidence of shipping damage on the product within 24 hours of delivery. As we have insurance on shipping items, we ask that you kindly hold onto the item and packaging after sending us photos incase you are contacted by our shipping provider.

We carry hand crafted items that are potentially fragile if mishandled. If item breaks during a move, or is knocked over repeatedly and broken, we are not responsible. We recommended making sure the item you are purchasing is the size that you would like it to be. We do not offer refunds for misunderstanding item size.


For custom orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the item cost is due prior to shipping upon receipt of our invoice. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
